Subject:  By the Art of the Deal, Trump has been trying to end the war between Russia and Ukraine, but so far his efforts have been unsuccessful. In fact it appears his efforts have been pushing China, Russia and India closer together. China appears to be capitalizing on this by hosting Asian leaders at the Tianjin summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. Is this of great concern?  What should the response be from Western leaders?

Once we have identified some of the problems, we'll explore some possible solutions.
